
Karen Rostoker-Gruber's first children's book, Food Fright, was published in 2003 by Price Stern Sloan. Her second children's book Rooster Can't Cock-a-Doodle-Doo, was published in 2004 by Dial Books for Young Readers. Her third children's book, Bandit, was published in 2008 from Marshall Cavendish. Bandit's Surprise will be published in 2010. Karen lives in New Jersey with her family.
Lena Shiffman has done several children's books (mostly for Scholastic's Hello Reader series): Dancing with Manatees, When I Lived with Bats, Playing with Dolphins and Second Chance for Tina. She has also illustrated other books for Scholastic: First book of Words, Garden in Our Yard, Arielle's Hanukkah Surprise and My First Book of Questions. Her other books are: First Grade King published by Clarion, Keeping a Christmas Secret published by Atheneum, and The Boy Toy published by Lollipop Books. Lena and her family live in New Jersey.
