Caryn Lin - Electric Violin Concert, Saturday, June 18 at 1:00 p.m.

Caryn Lin uses 4, 5 and 6 string electric violins, sound effects, percussion instruments, and her voice to transcend that solo sound by doing what is called looping. She creates layers of live sound loops over deceptively simple melodies resulting in music that is both other worldly and mesmerizing! It is eclectic, combining New Age, World, & Classical music.
