Self Defense for Women, Saturday, October 23 at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This class is designed for women of all ages and girls 12 years and older who wish to learn techniques for personal self-defense against all assaults. Moms and daughters are welcome. The class will begin with a warm - up and joint and balance exercises. Then participants will learn escapes and counter attacks to choke, wrist grabs, bear hugs, knife attacks, muggings and other street attacks.
