
If we know and understand the root cause of all conflicts, we can apply the power of tolerance to really fix the problems right at the source. This way we can successfully minimize the damage and pain resulted from the aggravating conflicts.
Where “Tolerance” is the neutralization of our resistance, impatience, hatred and closed mindedness, “Acceptance” is filling the void with understanding, patience, love and open mindedness.
Acceptance means recognizing, appreciating and celebrating our differences. Differences define the basic identity of every individual and not accepting the differences is an act of disrespect to anyone’s very existence. Acceptance begins with accepting oneself, one’s limitations and shortcomings.
