"Landscapes and Gardens"
By Nancy Ori

This presentation will explore some of the key issues in the art of landscape and garden photography. Nancy Ori will share her secrets on both technique and esthetics. She will suggest what she feels is worth shooting, how to compose a picture, how to shoot in different lighting and weather conditions and how to expose correctly. Included will be many helpful hints for the traveling landscape and garden photographer.

Nancy Ori has over 35 years experience as a professional photographer, teacher and exhibitor here and abroad. Founder and Director of the New Jersey Photography Forum and Digital Arts Group at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey in Summit, she is on the faculty of VAC and has taught at the Ansel Adams Workshop in CA, numerous art and museum facilities locally and the Watchung Adult School. For 17 years, Nancy has led a series of workshops each year in Cape May during the spring and over the last several years has also run destination workshops in the fall to locations like Santa Fe, France and Italy.
